NordPass Review
Editor score: 4.5/5 (methodology-based; not user reviews)
Built by the same security team behind NordVPN, NordPass takes a modern approach to password management. It uses the newer XChaCha20 encryption standard instead of the traditional AES-256, which makes it marginally faster and incredibly secure. Its biggest strength, however, is simply how easy it is to use.
Short version: NordPass is an excellent choice if you value a clean, modern interface and frequently use other Nord products. If you need complex enterprise sharing structures, Keeper or 1Password might still have the edge.

Who it’s best for
- Nord Ecosystem Users: If you already use NordVPN or NordLocker, adding NordPass creates a unified security suite.
- Non-technical users: The interface is cleaner and less intimidating than KeePass or even Bitwarden.
- Biometric fans: Passkey support and biometric unlock on desktop/mobile are seamless.
Trade-offs to consider
- The free tier is limited to one active device at a time, making it less useful than Bitwarden's free tier if you regularly switch between phone and laptop.
- Folder management and tag organization are slightly less robust than 1Password.
